Speakers Bio Jaimie Tollers is a wife, mother, educator, leader, and entrepreneur with a passion for serving others, building meaningful relationships, and creating organized systems that help people thrive. Throughout her personal and professional journey, she has developed a unique blend of leadership, administration, education, event coordination, and business experience.

She earned an Associate of Science in Business Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Christian Education, combining practical business knowledge with a heart for teaching, leadership, and servant-minded ministry. Since 2018, Jaimie has homeschooled her family while developing curriculum, managing daily operations, and fostering an environment where learning and personal growth flourish.

As a military spouse, Jaimie has dedicated many years to serving the military community. She has served as both a Family Readiness Group (FRG) Leader and Co-Leader, helping military families navigate deployments, transitions, and everyday challenges by connecting them with resources, organizing events, and building strong support networks. Jaimie also served as Secretary for Protestant Women of the Chapel (PWOC), where she coordinated communication, maintained organizational records, and supported ministry initiatives that strengthened women and families within the military community.

For the past two years, Jaimie has served as an Event Host for Connecting Consciousness, facilitating events that encourage learning, meaningful conversations, and community engagement. She enjoys bringing people together, creating welcoming environments, and helping others feel connected and supported.

Beyond her professional and volunteer work, Jaimie is passionate about creativity and organization. She enjoys crafting and designing planners and organizational tools that inspire productivity, intentional living, and personal growth.

Whether coordinating projects, supporting families, educating others, organizing events, or leading teams, Jaimie strives to serve with integrity, compassion, and excellence. Her faith, family, and commitment to lifelong learning continue to shape who she is and how she leads. Jaimie believes that every opportunity to serve is an opportunity to make a lasting difference, and she seeks to leave every person and every community stronger than she found them.

Speakers Notes 

Speakers Bio Joseph Harris was born, raised, and still resides in Cumberland County. He graduated from Pine Forest High School before attending Campbell University on a football and academic scholarship. He later transferred to the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he earned bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Political Science, with a minor in International Affairs.

Joseph went on to earn a Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Policy Analysis from UNCW. During that time, he served as a research and teaching assistant and co-authored an article published in the International Journal of Public Administration. He later earned a Master of Science in Economics from Florida State University.

After completing his graduate studies, Joseph returned to North Carolina, where he taught full-time at Central Carolina Community College in Sanford while also teaching part-time at UNC Pembroke and UNCW. He later joined the John Locke Foundation in Raleigh as a Fiscal Policy Analyst, researching taxes, budgets, and economic policy. His work was featured in media outlets across the state, including digital, print, television, and radio. He also regularly engaged with members of the North Carolina General Assembly on important fiscal policy issues.                                                                                                                                                                                                   Joseph now works in Fayetteville with his father at their family-owned financial services firm, White Horse Financial. In that role, he uses his background as an economist and policy analyst to help individuals and families plan for retirement, pursue long-term financial security, and better understand how changing economic conditions and government actions may affect their financial future.
